Our Mission & Values

At Opie Capital, our mission is to drive long-term growth by acquiring and operating businesses where we can apply our deep operational expertise.

We believe in creating sustainable value by actively partnering with companies to ensure their success, whether through majority ownership or full acquisitions.

Our values are rooted in entrepreneurship, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships. We approach every acquisition with a focus on collaboration and operational improvement, helping businesses reach their full potential.

Our Approach

Opie Capital is not a passive investor in the companies we acquire. We take an active role by providing operational support and strategic guidance, offering general management, refining business intelligence, and enhancing operational efficiencies across key areas like finance, HR, sales, marketing, and IT. Our team works closely with management to ensure these businesses are positioned for growth and success.

However, for our real estate investments, we often take a limited partner role, focusing on strategic collaboration without the same level of operational involvement.

Our Values and Impact

Opie Capital is committed to creating meaningful, long-term value for the businesses we acquire and operate. Our values guide everything we do:

Entrepreneurship

We believe in the power of ownership and innovation.

Operational Excellence

We strive for best-in-class operations across all functions, from finance to customer support.

Long-Term Partnerships

We build enduring relationships with the businesses we acquire, ensuring their success for years to come.

Leadership Team

Our leadership team brings decades of experience in acquiring, operating, and growing companies across multiple sectors. With expertise in M&A, operational excellence, and business transformation, our team is uniquely positioned to guide businesses through their most critical transitions.
