We target former growth businesses with $2M to $50M in annual revenue and EBITDA margins of 10-20%. We focus on companies seeking strategic investors to overcome growth plateaus while maintaining cash flow stability.
Real Estate
We selectively invest in small to mid-sized commercial and industrial properties in Ontario, with expanding interests in car wash facilities, self-storage, and industrial warehouses suitable for 3PL operations.
Business Services
We pursue opportunities in businesses with recurring revenue models that show potential for roll-up strategies, focusing on companies where our operational expertise can drive significant growth.
