CloudBlue is a leading cloud commerce and marketplace platform with more than 450 pre-built integrations enabling automated provisioning, subscription billing, and service orchestration across multi-tier partner ecosystems. HostPapa acquired CloudBlue from Ingram Micro (NYSE: INGM) on August 25, 2025. The acquisition strengthens HostPapa's channel-partner business under the Hostopia brand and significantly expands the company's ability to deliver cloud products and services to telcos, MSPs, resellers, agencies, distributors, software vendors, and ISVs.
