Founded in 2004 in Salt Lake City, Utah, Logomaker came under Deluxe Corporation in 2018. HostPapa acquired Logomaker from Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) on June 29, 2023 as part of the carve-out of Deluxe's web hosting and logo design business, alongside the FreeLogoServices brand.
