About the company

Hostopia is a white-label web hosting and partner-channel services platform founded in 1999 by Colin Campbell and Frank Nemanic, headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Hostopia IPO'd on the TSX in 2005 and was acquired by Deluxe Corporation in 2008 for C$124M. HostPapa acquired Hostopia from Deluxe Corporation (NYSE: DLX) on June 29, 2023 as part of the carve-out of Deluxe's web hosting and logo design business. Today Hostopia anchors HostPapa's partner-channel segment alongside CloudBlue.
